Ingredients
- 2 leeks, sliced on the bias, and separated
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups water
- 1.5 tablespoons Vogue Vege Base
- 1 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoons dried thyme
- salt and pepper(optional)

Heat the oil on medium heat. Sauté the leeks.

Add the garlic. Sauté.

Add the herbs, the Vege Base, and the salt and pepper. Stir well, then add the water.

10 minutes
Turn heat up to high, bring to a boil, then simmer.
