BeginnerWith football season upon us, I want to share an ingredient that will take your Bloody Mary to the next level: Bacon Infused Vodka. This bacon infused vodka gives your Bloody Mary an unexpected salty twist. Two chefs from Madison's Bluephies restaurant shared this recipe with me.

- 1 pounds low sodium bacon
- 1 liter Finlandia Vodka

Fry up the bacon.

Add bacon to infusing containers (I use Mason jars).

Let sit in a cool, dark place for three weeks.
