  • 2 cup certified GF oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon GF, aluminum-free baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 3/4 cup milk (or almond milk or rice milk for dairy-free)
  • baked apples(optional)
  • juice(optional)
  • raisins(optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients well and pour into an 8-inch square baking dish.

30-35 minutes

Bake for 30-35 minutes.

If desired, top with baked apples (pour some juice on top, too!) and/or raisins.
