  • 1.0 cup Evaporated skim milk
  • 1.0 cup Honey

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture boils. Continue to boil and stir until thick and caramel colored. Pour into sterile jars and store in the refrigerator.
