bell pepper, red or green |

cilantro for garnish |

In frying pan, sauté onion, zucchini, and bell pepper in oil for 2 minutes or until tender. Add salt & pepper, chili powder. In a large plate, place a sheet of tortilla. Place cooked veggies, 2 slices of tomato and avocado, a squeeze of lime juice on top of tortilla. Wrap it up, and garnish with a sprig of cilantro. |
