Instructions
Step 1
<a href="/8BSVY4LZ">Wash </a>potatoes well, <a href="/RSDQ7YW8">peel </a>the <a href="/8YHHJCST">skin </a>and <a href="/XZBDDD5G">cut </a>it into small cubes and keep it in water until ready to use, to prevent discoloration.
Step 2
<a href="/XZFHRHHF">Heat </a>oil in a pan, add the ingredients for <a href="/MYJ2HRB7">seasoning </a>.When mustard splutters, add onion and saute well till it becomes transparent.
Step 3
Then add ginger, green chillies and saute for a few more minutes.
Step 4
Drain the water well and add the potatoes, turmeric powder, <a href="/DPSVTKVY">salt </a>and chillie powder.
Step 5
Cook covered on low fire <a href="/DRM2WPZ4">stirring </a>from time to time to prevent the potatoes from getting burnt.
