Colorful and Crunchy Chinese Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

1 large savoy cabbage, shredded
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
4 large green onion, thinly sliced
1 large carrot , shredded
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 small clove garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon ginger, finely minced
1/2 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Preparation

Combine sesame oil, vinegar, garlic, ginger, honey and soy sauce in a small bowl.

In a large salad bowl toss cabbage, celery, carrot and onion with dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Allow salad to sit for 15 - 30 minutes to combine flavors.
