Braised Chinese Chicken
Ingredients
1 chicken - (4 to 5 lbs) cut into pieces,
and skin removed
4 green onions cut 2" pieces
2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
1 garlic clove crushed
1 cup low-sodium chicken stock
1/2 cup lite soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
1/4 cup sherry
1 teaspoon sugar
