Ny Pretzel Chicken Inspired By Rachael Ray

Ingredients

1 ounce of Pretzels, crushed
1 tablespoon spicy mustard (or a mustard you prefer)
1 tablespoon oil

Preparation

Coat chicken with mustard on one side. Press pretzel crumbs into Mustard side of chicken.

In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp of oil. When it gets very hot, add chicken breast pretzel side down. Sprinkle clean side with garlic. Cook on Med-High for 4-5 minutes on each side or until chicken Breast is fully cooked.

To much salt. Overpowered the mustard and garlic. Second time I used no-salt pretzels with better results

About

This recipe can be made by baking or broiling. I reccommend broiling. Its healthier and one still acquires that pretzel crunch without all the oil.
This also goes really great with salad.
I slice mine up and make Chicken Nuggets too.
