Pistachio

(Soak in
water
remove skin)

Cardamom

Kewra
Essence few drops
Preparation

Pour milk in a pan, add all the above ingredients, and cook on low
flame
for 30 to 45 mintes till
thick
en.

Remove in a glass bowl, Decorate
top
with almond, pistachio and
refrigerate
.

Serve
on
cool.
