Chocolate Freezer Fudge

Ingredients

2 cups almond butter (one 16 oz jar)
1/4 cup organic cacao powder, sifted to remove any lumps
4 tablespoons organic coconut flour, sifted to remove any lumps
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon celtic sea salt (fine grounded)

Preparation

In large bowl, combine all the ingredients, stirring well. Pour mixture into brownie pan lined with parchment or wax paper, press down evenly to flatten. Place in freezer to chill. Remove after 1 hour or so, flip out of pan on clean flat surface and cut into squares or rectangles.

These should be stored, covered in freezer.
