Ingredients

2

cups cans refried beans (I used 4 of homemade)

Blend It Up Southwest Spice Blend

1

teaspoon container guacamole, or 2 avocados mashed with 1 lemon juice

4

green onions, chopped

2

tomatoes, chopped

½

cup salsa

4

ounces cheddar cheese, grated

1

small can black olives

1

cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pinto beans or use 2 cans of refried beans.

Step 2

Spread refried beans into a caserole dish, or 9x13 pyrex.

Step 3

Sprinkle southwest seasoning or taco seasoning onto bean. Spread guacamole over beans. Top this with salsa, or mix salsa into guacamole and spread onto bean mixture. Spread sour cream on next. Top with chopped green onions, tomatoes, black olives and grated cheese. Serve with corn chips.

You can make the layers anyway you want. This is a great way to use pinto beans from your food storage.
