- 2 tablespoon <a href="/NLPYVN22">olive oil</a>
- 600 gram <a href="/ZF28FDRY">beef </a>(hiftl <a href="/ZF28FDRY">steak)</a>, cut into strips
- 3 clove <a href="/FQRPFPP6">garlic,</a> crushed
- 1 teaspoon <a href="/X3CZMB6Y">saffron</a>
- 0.5 teaspoon <a href="/XZVS7BZX">cumin,</a> ground
- 0.5 teaspoon <a href="/L8KNVFFS">allspice</a>
- 0 <a href="/XBPNFKYS">Salt </a>and <a href="/BLWZ5ZPF">pepper</a>
- 500 milliliter <a href="/ZF28FDRY">beef </a>bouillon from cube
- 1 tablespoon <a href="/GKXHVZLV">parsley,</a> chopped
Instructions
Step 1
<a href="/RSDQ7YW8">Peel </a>and <a href="/3JDX2Q84">slice </a>one orange. <a href="/KVDHNZ86">Squeeze </a><a href="/QDWRNXYW">juice </a>from the other orange and set aside.
Step 2
<a href="/XZFHRHHF">Heat </a>olive oil in a casserole or Dutch oven. Add the diced meat and <a href="/LTSH5D6W">crushed </a>garlic cloves. Sauté until meat is nicely <a href="/D434P8MH">browned </a>on all sides.
Step 3
Add orange pieces and drizzle with orange <a href="/QDWRNXYW">juice.</a>
Step 4
<a href="/H7TNTGFZ">Season </a>with saffron, cumin, allspice, <a href="/DPSVTKVY">salt </a>and pepper. <a href="/7S3QCKWK">Mix </a>and cover. Reduce <a href="/XZFHRHHF">heat </a>and <a href="/GFSF4J5F">simmer </a>for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Pour 300ml of beef bouillon over meat and cover again. S<a href="/GFSF4J5F">immer o</a>ver low h<a href="/XZFHRHHF">eat u</a>ntil meat is thoroughly cooked and t<a href="/3L3754DG">ender (</a>about 1 hour). Add remaining amount of bouillon during cooking so the meat does not d<a href="/RF7SRX43">ry.</a>
Step 6
Sprinkle meat with <a href="/6L7QNTJV">chopped </a>parsley. <a href="/Y6MVNCHX">Serve </a>immediately, with rice or couscous and a green <a href="/W5YYKHT2">salad.</a>
