confectioners sugar
Crunchy
peanut butter
Preparation

Peel
potatoes;
mash
in large
mixing
bowl.

Gradually add
flavoring
and sugar until mixture is like dough;
roll
out on waxed paper.

Spread generously with peanut butter;
roll
into a log.
Chill
for several hours or overnight.

Slice;
store
in refrigerator.
Rolls
may be
frozen.
Yield:
50 to 60 pieces.
