Candy Cane Brittle

Ingredients

2 bags of white chocolate chips

Preparation

Start by boiling some water. Then unwrap all of the candy canes. Place in a zip lock bag and hit against the counter until they break into the desired size pieces. You will also want to line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Put all of the chips into a metal bowl and place the bowl above the boiling water. Allow the steam to melt the chocolate.

Stir the chocolate until it becomes smooth.

Pour the chocolate into the baking pan and spread evenly.

Sprinkle the candy canes evenly. Then place wax paper on top and press the candy canes down. Remove and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour or until set.

Once set, break up the chocolate into desired sized chunks.
