Instructions
Step 1
Arrange the Savoyard biscuits evenly in a serving dish or mold.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine 1 package of vanilla pudding and 2 cups of milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the pudding thickens and boils.
Step 3
Pour the cooked vanilla pudding evenly over the arranged biscuits. Let it cool slightly at room temperature.
Step 4
In a separate saucepan, combine the remaining 1 package of vanilla pudding and 2 cups of cherry juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the pudding thickens and boils. Remove from heat and stir in the cherries.
Step 5
Once the first layer of vanilla pudding has cooled and set slightly, carefully pour the cherry pudding mixture over it.
Step 6
Chill the dessert in the refrigerator until completely set, for at least a few hours or overnight.
