About This Food
Also known as Holy Basil, Tulsi is the most sacred herb of India. Tulsi is a different plant from the pesto variety of Basil used to make teas.
The most well known dish that it is used in is the Thai dish, Phad Kaphrao. It is meat stir fried with tulsi.
