- 1 1/2 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, chopped

Combine low sodium soy, apple cider vinegar, tomato puree, chopped flat leaf parsley, lemon juice, minced garlic, and fresh ground black pepper in a small baking pan. Add the shark steaks and let them marinate, turning occasionally.

Heat the grill to medium. Grill the shark steaks for about 5 minutes per side, turning once and regularly basting them with the marinade.
