  • 2 packages softened fat-free cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pint fat-free sour cream
  • 14 pieces graham crackers
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 stick diet butter

Step 1

Spray sides and bottom of a 10-inch springform pan with Pam. <a href="/LTSH5D6W">Crush </a>crackers until fine and add cinnamon and <a href="/LWS4TC42">melted butter,</a> <a href="/S6W4FR7F">blend </a>with fork. Pour into pan and <a href="/4NXSJQ3D">press </a>firmly. <a href="/RNT367Z2">Bake </a>5 minutes.

Step 2

<a href="/S6W4FR7F">Blend </a>remaining ingredients in <a href="/S6W4FR7F">blender. </a>Pour into crust. <a href="/RNT367Z2">Bake </a>1/2 hour. Shut oven off without opening. Leave for 2 hours. Leave out 1/2 hour before <a href="/ZSSVQ6FG">refrigerating.</a>
