- 150 g Jellyfish
- 5 pieces Carrots
- 500 g Green Radish
- 400 g White Radish
- 400 g Purple Cabbage
- 2 tablespoons Red Pickled Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Preserved Orange Peels
- 2 tablespoons Green Pickled Nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons White Pickled Lime Strips
- 2 tablespoons Pickled Brown Melon Strips
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Peanuts
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- 2 tablespoons Pok Chui Crackers
- dash White Pepper
- 4 tablespoons Japanese Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
- 2 tablespoons Japanese Goma Sesame Dressing
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Plum Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Remove carrot skin using a vegetable peeler. Rinse and shred to desired size and length.
Step 2
Do the same for green and white radish. Squeeze out excess vegetable juice if desired.
Step 3
Rinse purple cabbage and cut into strips.
Step 4
Wash jelly mould, pat dry and place desired amount of salmon slices onto mould.
Step 5
Next, add the shredded green radish.
Step 6
Top with the other shredded vegetables according to order of preference. Pressed firmly and turn jelly mould upside down onto a yu sheng plate.
Step 7
Start placing the rest of the pickled ingredients on the serving plate.
Step 8
Add crackers and jelly fish.
Step 9
