Gluten-Free No-Bake Cookies

Ingredients

12 ounces jar peanut butter
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 package (12 oz.) chocolate semi-sweet morsels

Preparation

Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, rice krispies, and butter well

Roll into small balls.

Melt morsels in a double boiler.

Dip balls in frosting.

Place on cookie sheet lined with wax paper.

When you need chocolate and peanut butter in a pinch, make these cookies. Kids love 'em, grown-ups love 'em.

This is my first edit so I'm not sure where to put my note. Rice Krispies are not gluten free - the malt flavoring has gluten. There are gluten free puffed rice cereals that can be used in its place.
