  • tortilla chips
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup ripe olives, sliced
  • 2 avocados, peeled and smashed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup tomato salsa
  • 1 head shredded lettuce
  • 2 packets taco seasoning
  • 2 can refried beans with no whole beans
  • 16 ounces sour cream

Instructions

Step 1

On a large platter, place refried beans and spread evenly. In a separate bowl, mix taco seasoning with sour cream, then spread this mixture over the beans.

Step 2

Add avocados as the next layer, followed by shredded lettuce, tomato salsa, combined shredded cheeses (Monterey Jack and cheddar), and ripe olives. Serve immediately with tortilla chips for dipping.
