Layered Bean Dip
2 can refried beans with no whole beans
16 ozs sour cream
2 packets taco seasoning
1 head shredded lettuce
1 cup tomato salsa
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup ripe olives, sliced
2 avocados, peeled and smashed
On a large platter place refried beans and spread out evenly; add taco seasoning to sour cream and spread mixture over beans.
Add avocados as next layer, then follow with shredded lettuce, tomato salsa, cheese and ripe olives. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
