pound dices eggplant |

teaspoons soy sauce |

teaspoons black bean paste with chili |

teaspoon rice vinegar |

teaspoon sugar |

teaspoons sesame oil |

chopped green onions for garnish |

Step 1 |

Add pork and stir fry for 2 minutes |
Step 3 |
Add eggplant and all remaining ingredients except sesame oil |
Step 4 |
Cover wok, bring to boil and simmer until eggplant is tender |
Step 5 |
Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle chopped green onions on top |
