Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

1 1/2 cups canola oil
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1 (12.3 oz) box Tofu, blended
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup coco (optional)
2 cups choc-chips
2 cups oats
3 cups flour
