Lemons, grated zest of (make sure no white is left on the rind, as it will make the taste bitter)

bot (750 ml) Stolichnaya

1

tablespoon Coriander seeds, lightly crushed

bot (750 ml) Stolichnaya

1

tablespoon Aniseed

1

bot (750 ml) Stolichnaya vodka

Step 1

Von Bremzen and Welchman:Lemon Vodka: Add the zest to the vodka and infuse for at least 43 hours but no more than 12 at room temperature. Strain and chill.

Step 2

Coriander Vodka: Add the coriander seeds to the vodka and infuse for at least 6 hours, maximum 24 hours. Strain and chill.

Step 3

Anise Vodka: Add the aniseed to the vodka and infuse for 3 to 5 hours at room temperature. Strain and chill.

Vodka should be drunk straight and very chilled (you can keep it it in the freezer). Great with something salty (pickles, olives, herring) to eat right after drinking. DO NOT add ice or tonic.
