Easy Green Tea Cream Puffs

Ingredients

1 package cream puff shells (about a dozen)
1 package Vanilla custard
1 teaspoon green tea powder (matcha), plus extra for dusting
2 teaspoons water

Preparation

Prepare vanilla custard according to package instructions.

In a small bowl, mix the green tea powder with water until dissolved. Add about a tablespoon of the vanilla custard and stir until well combined.

Add the green tea mixture into the rest of the vanilla custard and stir until completely combined.

Spoon custard into a zip-lock plastic bag (or use a pastry bag).

Cut off a 1/4" tip of the bag to use for piping.

Pipe custard into the puff shells until just filled.

Lightly dust the cream puffs with a bit of match powder, or use powdered sugar.

You can use regular sized puff shells or the mini size.
