Ingredients
2 lb.s
round steak
2
eggs
1/2 c.
milk
1 c.
all-purpose flour
1 tsp.
salt
1/4 tsp.
pepper
Vegetable oil
for
frying
Preparation
1
Cut
steak in
serving
pieces and pound flat with a tenderizer mallet.
Beat
eggs with milk.
Mix
flour with
salt
and pepper. Dip steak in egg mixture, then in
seasoned
flour.
Fry
in 1/2 inch of hot oil until
brown
on both sides.
