Tarragon Infused Oil

Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil
to taste salt

Preparation

Add olive oil, vegetable oil and fresh tarragon to a blender. Blend for 1 minute. Add a pinch of salt. Pour into a container and into the fridge for at least an hour. Strain, taste for seasoning. Use within one week.
