Tarragon Infused Oil
Ingredients
1/4 cup
olive oil
1/4 cup
vegetable oil
1/2 cup
fresh
tarragon
to taste salt
Preparation
1
Add olive oil, vegetable oil and fresh tarragon to a
blender.
Blend
for 1 minute. Add a pinch of
salt.
Pour into a container and into the fridge for at least an hour.
Strain,
taste
for
seasoning.
Use within one week.
