Great Bread Recipes: Bread Machine Sprouted Grains

Bread Machine Sprouted Whole Wheat Bread

1 1/2 cup warm water
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons One Degree flax, ground
3 tablespoons coconut palm sugar
4 cups One Degree sprouted whole wheat flour
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
 
Directions:
Add ingredients to bread machine bowl in order given.
Follow machine’s instructions for baking. Makes one 2 pound loaf.
Allow to cool before slicing.
 
Bread Machine Sprouted Spelt Bread

1 cup + 2 tablespoons warm water
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/4 teaspoons coconut palm sugar
3 tablespoons One Degree flax, ground
3 cups One Degree sprouted spelt flour
1 3/4 teaspoons yeast
 
Directions:
Add ingredients to bread machine bowl in order given.
Follow machine’s instructions for baking. Makes one 1.5 pound loaf.
Allow to cool before slicing.
