About This Food

A sour, unfiltered, top-fermenting German wheat beer brewed with coriander and salt. Native to the Leipzig region, it disappeared between 1966 and 1985, when it was revived by Lothar Goldhahn. 10-12 Plato, 4-5%% ABV.
