Gulab Jamun

Ingredients

75 grms Mawa
75 grms Sugar
35 mls Water
50 grms Fat
10 grams Arrow root

Preparation

Prepare the syrup of one string consistency e water & sugar, Add rose water

Pass the mawa through & sieve. Add seived arraw root & a little cold water in which the soda bi carbonate has been dissolved. Make a soft douga without kneading.

Divide into equal portion and shape into small balls.

Deep fry till light brown. Frying should be done in low flame &fat stirred continuasly.

Remove, cool for a short while & put in the cold sugar sryap.
