Peppadew Peppers

This pepper, a native of the Limpopo province of South Africa, is most often found pickled in a sweet and spicy vinegar brine. Peppadew peppers, also known as Cherry Peppers, are bright red and about the size of a cherry tomato. They are excellent stuffed with goat cheese, in salads, on pizzas or added to an antipasto platter.
