Florence's Bok Choy Salad

Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
3 heads bok choy
2 bunchs scallions
1 jar sunflower kernels 7.25 oz. jar

Preparation

Remove seaoning packets from ramen noodle and set aside.

Combine seasoning with sugar, oil vinegar and soy in cruette.

Cover tightly and shake.

Slice bok choy into bite size pices including the stem.

Combine with scallions kernels and almonds in a large bowl.

Toss gently with dressing. add noodles right b4 serving.
