Preserved Mango Tango Salsa

Ingredients

3 pounds fresh tomatoes (about 9 medium) to yield 7 cups finely diced
2 cups finely chopped mango (about 2 med)
4 pints Ball® Wide Mouth (16 oz) Glass Preserving Jars

Preparation

COMBINE tomatoes, mangos and contents of package in a medium saucepan.

COOL to room temperature, about 30 minutes, before serving.

LADLE salsa into clean freezer jars leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Apply lids. Label.

FREEZE up to 1 year.
