Beef, Tomato and Cabbage Soup
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
          1 head cabbage, chopped
          1 lg. can V-8 juice
          1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
          2 cans diced tomatoes
          2 cans red beans
          2 pkgs. Italian salad dressing mix
      Preparation

Brown ground beef in 1/4 cup of salad oil (preferably olive oil). Drain and add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
