Apple Roll Ups

Ingredients

8-10 slices white sandwich bread
- 3 apples, cut into slices
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

In a pan heat the butter. Add the cinnamon, Apple slices, sugar and cook for 8 min.

Remove from heat.

With a rolling pin flatten the bread slices.

Place about 1-2 tbsp of Apple filling 1 inch from one end of the bread in a strip. Roll the bread up tightly and repeat with the remaining pieces of bread. Place rolls in a baking dish, Sprinkle with milk and bake for 20 min, until golden at 170 C

Sprinkle with cinnamon and confectioner sugar and serve.
