Ingredients

What You Will Need:
3 cloves of crushed galic
1 tablespoon of oil
salt
baking sheet
saucepan

Preparation

How Do You Make It:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Cut the potato into potato wedges.

Coat the potato slices with oil and salt.

Lay out the potato slices in a layer.

Cook the potato slices in the oven for 20 minutes.

When one side of the potatoes are golden brown flip the over to the other side.

Cook the other side for 5 minutes or until the other side is golden brown.

While the other side is cooking melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.

Put it in the crushed garlic an dshredded parmesan cheese.

Stir well intel the butter has melted.

When the butter galric mixture is melted and the fries are done toss in the fries in the butter garlic mixture intel the fries are well coated.

When the fries are done put the fries on a serving plate and serve.
