Vodka Sauce

Ingredients

32 ounces marinara sauce (1 jar)
1 teaspoon chopped garlic in oil
1 cup half and half
1 teaspoon butter
1 1/2 cups vodka

Preparation

Simmer vodka until reduced by half.

In a separate saucepan, saute butter and garlic. Add garlic, vodka, and marinara and stir until hot.

Serve over pasta or as a substitute for marinara in your favorite Italian dishes.
