Idly Upma

Ingredients

1 Idly
2 Onions, chopped
3 Green chillies
4 teaspoons Mustard seeds
5 teaspoons Urad dal
6 teaspoons Channa dal
7 Coriander leaves
8 teaspoons Oil
9 Salt, to taste

Preparation

Take a pan and heat with 1 tsp of oil.

Then add mustard seeds, urad dal and channa dal.

Fry for a while till it turns golden brown colour.

Then add chopped onion and chopped green chilies.

Fry for a while till it turns into golden brown colour.

Now add the crumbled idly and salt.

Then add coriander leaves and remove from the stove.

Now you’re idly upma is ready.

Serve with coconut chutney or pickle.
