Smoked Paprika Hash Browns

Ingredients
Smoked Paprika
1 pound potatoes
1/2 cup onion, fine diced
1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
4 teaspoons canola oil

Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 teaspoon each of oil and butter. Add a single serving of potato mixture, spreading it thinly, but keeping it together. Cook until browned on one side, 3 to 5 minutes, turn and brown the other side. Keep warm in the oven while you repeat for additional servings.
