Stir Fry Lamb With Shacha Sauce

Ingredients

300 grams lamb, sliced
2 tablespoons shacha sauce
1 stalk spring onion, sliced lengthwise

Preparation

Marinate the lamb with the shacha sauce. Set aside.

Fry the lamb on high heat for the first minute or so and reduce to medium heat.

When the lamb is nearly cooked, sprinkle some spring onions and mix well. Fry for a further minute until the spring onion is slightly wilted.
