3 tablespoons rice wine
6 cups water

Preparation

Wash eggs

Heat the water in a pot until warm

Stir in salt, rice wine, and peppercorn.

Stir until the salt is dissolved

Let the mixture cool

Add eggs

Pickle for 30 days
