Ingredients

egg
, beaten well
1/2 cup
sugar
1 cup
coconut
or nuts
Preparation

Makes 36 puffs, 3 small muffin tins.

Cream:
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Sift together: 1 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix
together. Butter tins. Divide dough into 36 balls and line tins leaving centers open. Place 1/2 teaspoon jam in center then
topping
on
top
of jam.

Add sugar and coconut or nuts to beaten egg.
Bake
in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes then
cool
in pan for 30 minutes more.
