Passover Brownie

Ingredients

cup Cocoa
1 cup Sugar
cup Oil
cup Cake meal
teaspoon Salt
cup Nuts, (optional)

Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar together.

Blend in cocoa, oil and salt.

Gradually mix in cake meal, nuts and chips.

Bake in 8" square pan at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

* Can be doubled and baked in 11" x 15" pan.
