Blueberry Cream Cake

Ingredients
2 cups All-purpose flour
3/4 cup Granulated sugar
1/4 cup Packed light brown sugar
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Grated lemon rind
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Cardamom
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
3 lrg Eggs
1 1/2 cups Whipping cream
1 1/2 cups Blueberries

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch tube pan or springform pan fitted with a center tube.
