Roast Chicken Dish

Ingredients

1 qt. cut-up chicken
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Chicken broth
cup butter
1 cup chopped celery
cup chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten
cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
Salt to taste

Preparation

Brown bread crumbs in 1/3 cup butter, stirring constantly.

Combine bread crumbs and all other ingredients except chicken. Mix well and add chicken broth until mixture is very moist.

Put chicken meat in bottom of large roasting dish.

Cover with bread mixture. Roast at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
