Ingredients
4 cups
pinto bean
1
can of
beer
1 teaspoon
of
garlic
1 teaspoon
of
salt
1 teaspoon
of
pepper
1/2 pound
of jalapeno
bacon
4 big jalapenos
1
stalk of
cilantro
Preparation
1
Bring beans to a
boil
and cover let
simmer
for 3 hrs.

Chop
jalapeno bacon into 1/2 squares and put into beans as they
simmer.

After 3 hrs add beer, jalapenos, garlic,
salt
and pepper and let
simmer
for another 2 hrs.

Garnish
at the end with cilantro.
