  • 1 cup Chopped nuts
  • 1 cup Vanilla extract
  • 2 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
  • 5 ounce Evaporated milk
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Corn syrup
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Step 1

Cut the unsweetened chocolate into small pieces.

In a saucepan, combine the cut chocolate with brown sugar, granulated sugar, evaporated milk, and corn syrup. Cook over heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.

Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the fudge forms a soft ball when a small amount is dropped into cold water.

Remove the saucepan from the heat, add the butter, and let the mixture stand until it is cool.

Beat the cooled mixture until it begins to lose its glossy appearance.

Add the vanilla extract and chopped nuts, then stir to combine.

Pour the fudge onto a greased pan and allow it to cool completely and set.
