- 24 large raw shrimp
- 24 strips thinly-sliced bacon
- 1 large fresh lime
- 1 3/4 cup Fischer & Wieser Mango Ginger Habanero Sauce
- fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Shell and devein shrimp, leaving tails on. Tightly wrap each shrimp with one strip of bacon.

3 to 4 minutes per side
Thread 6 bacon-wrapped shrimp onto each skewer, arranging them to lay flat on their sides. Grill on medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side until the bacon is cooked and shrimp are pink. While grilling, spritz with half of the lime juice.

Remove the grilled shrimp to a serving platter and spritz with the remaining lime juice.

Brush the shrimp with Fischer & Wieser Mango Ginger Habanero Sauce.

Sprinkle with chopped cilantro for garnish.
