Homemade Food Processor Mayonnaise

Ingredients

2 wholes egg yolks and 1 egg (I think you could just use the 2 yolks
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (You could play around with different mustard for different flavor
2 tablespoons lemon juice (more or less to taste, I started with ½ lemon juiced and added ¼ mo
1 teaspoon worstershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt (When I was experimenting I added the salt at the end until I found what wa
1 1/2 cups oil (I'm a canola oil girl, but you can use whatever tastes best to you.)

Preparation

Add the first five ingredients to the bowl of a food processor fitted with a plastic dough blade. Process for 45 seconds. If using a metal blade, then cut the processing time in half.

Keep the food processor on at all times and add your oil VERY slowly. Start with just a tablespoon and allow it to blend for 10 - 15 seconds then slowly work up to a tiny stream after you notice the mixture starting to thicken. If desired, you can add up to 2 cups of oil.

Taste and add more salt or lemon juice as needed.
